Here's how we'll develop your website.
We start by listening to you!
First, we find out what you want to accomplish and who you want to reach. What are your ``must haves" and ``maybes"?
We're good listeners and we want to know your goals, likes and dislikes. We'll also ask you to characterize your target audience. (i.e. general public, internet savvy, high tech types, regional businesses, etc.)
Finally, we'll ask you to name a favorite site or a site that you would like to emulate and tell us why.
Then, we build a ``first-draft site."
Armed with this intelligence - and copies of photos, logos, other graphics and any existing collateral material (i.e. brochures, newsletters, annual reports) - we'll design a Draft site for you.
We'll use dummy text and substitute graphics to give you an idea of how we think your site should be organized. Usually, we'll send you a paper copy of this Draft site. We'll print each page so you can easily see the overall organization. And, we put Draft versions on line for you to view. (That's what the Client Site Preview block on the right above is for.)
Next, we develop section previews.
After we get your feedback, we go back to the drawing board and build your site - section by section - until it's complete. As we finish each section, we'll put it on-line as a Preview site so you can see how it will look to your audience.
After you give us an OK, we put your site online!
When all the sections are done, we'll ask for a final review approval and then ... assuming all is in order ... we'll ``publish" your new web site to your on-line server.
This is when we check links ...
The final step is for us to check all of the links on each page of your site when it's on-line to make sure everything works and then ... you are officially up and running!
... and tweak the code ...
But, we don't stop there. For the next 30-days we'll make any minor modifications, tweaks, updates, you desire at no additional charge. It's part of the package.
... for the next month!
How long will the whole process take? Assuming there are no unusual delays in obtaining text, graphics and approvals, we'll have a Draft site for you within 7 working days, a Preview site within 20 working days and a Final site within 25 working days.
